The people who fly through my neighborhood (speed limit 15) are almost always teenagers.

Where are you seeing this? How horrible. Praying for everyone involved.

My friend lives in that neighborhood. Said that little boy and her little boy play together most days. She said he was on a dirt bike and shot down the driveway into the street. A tahoe (who was not speeding) hit him. Critical but stable condition last she posted.

Oh man, not this judge. He's had it out for me ever since I accidentally ran over his dog. Only replace accidentally with repeatedly..and dog with son.
