Good luck with that

liberals are retarded

Finally a common sense measure. These cows need less fiber and more pasta.

I see a boom coming for WI dairy farmers.

I don't see the problem with that. What cow wouldn't like a nice salad of kale, squash, Savoy cabbage with a light vinegarette and a glass of Cabernet?

i really really really want video footage of the first cow to be arrested for violating this law

If they are worried about methane production, why not target rice paddies? Is starving a few hundred million Asians and Indians not worth saving the planet??? I thought AOC said this was like WW2?

yes, some people have gone too far. liberalism is a brain disease and , at the same time, trumpism is too a disease.
what is worse: trumps incessant blatant lying or a cow farting?????
i think trump disease is worse but regulating cow flatulence is a close second
wanna end global warming? tape shut trumps pie hole and cows butt holes.

I wake up some days and wonder if this is really real life.

This sounds absurd now, but I fully expect the moonbeams to come up with a mens rea component to charge cows. Perhaps only applicable to white cisgender cows that fart.

Soon there will be cow fart meters attached to the cow's arse, and the farmer will be taxed for the methane expelled.

It wouldn't matter.
Cows are ruminates, as are another 10+ major species.
Their digestive process produces methane. It is a fact that will not be changed by diet.

They need to install new technology to capture the cow fart before it is released into the atmosphere.
Wtf
Smh

There are 94 million cows in the US, but there was once 60 million buffalo and untold numbers of horses.
I think it is a wash.
