I have watch every game and was an LSU ALUMNUS BEFORE Dale Brown arrived.....They are much better at rebounding now than the start of the season. My original point was Emmitt needs to attract the pros with deeds instead of looks...then it was said LSU was #1 at rebounding and I googled it an they were #7......I dont have time for the BS on the board...I have a life and am not on the rant like some....

The grammar and typos in your post lead me to ask you if you attended LSU before an English department was in place? Please tell me that is the case.

he is a freshman. he is a solid player now. he's a very good player now. especially for a freshman. the longer he stays on the team the more exceptional he is going to be

But he did have a record performing performance in the classic

Yea, at times in that game he looked like a man amongst boys.

Mostly dunks but still only missed one shot.

Are you familiar with the term, "snowbirding?" That's what he did a lot during the game. That's why I nicknamed him Emmitt 'Snowbird' Williams, LOL

He has to,develop a shot and ball handling skills. His only NBA chance is as a wing player. He has few if any of the skills to be an NBA wing today. Add a shot and ball handling. His other attributes become very very valuable to the NBA. He has some time to,develop. But it is a very long way to go.

Ultimately he has to be able to shoot the 3 & be mobile with the ball more than he is now. If not needs to continue to add weight & at least develop a mid range game

Brandon Bass was 6’6” too, but had bulk & a jumper. Draymond 6’5”, again has bulk & an insane wing span, good passer.

He can make but needs to develop a niche. He’ll never be a high pick

Have no idea about his NBA potential, but I thoroughly enjoyed watching him play Saturday night against Arkansas. I felt like his hustle on the inbound press led to most of the turnovers that got us back in the game. Can see only good things coming from him.

Bass was a legit 6'8 and Draymond is listed as 6'7, don't know where you got those heights from.

Emmitt has a 6'11 wingspan and it shows whenever guys try to shoot over him in the post. It's always been weird to me that people use the top of the head as a height marker in basketball, when at the top of his reach, he is probably the same as alot of 6'7-6'9 guys.

Their official pre draft combine measurements.

Bass 6’ 6.25” w/out shoes, 6’ 7.25” w/ shoes

Green 6’ 5.75” w/out shoes, 6’ 7.50” w/ shoes

He reminds me a little of Johnny O'Bryant. He struggled to translate to the NBA, but probably makes $400k a year playing for Maccabi.

I'll eat my hat if Emmitt is legitimately 6'11"

He's only listed at 6'6". They are talking about his wingspan
