9th Circuit and Hawaii can kick rocks. They're a small piece of the puzzle and Trump owns the courts now.

Yea I'd love to see him argue that the border only became a national emergency once Democrats won the House. You never heard the words "national emergency" during the campaign or the first 2 years of his presidency. He's clearly just using this as a bargaining chip and the courts will see right through that.

Screaming things louder doesn't make them true. There are people waiting to litigate once the words "national emergency" leave his mouth. And there have been ever since it was floated as an option.
Trump may very well win in the long run, but acting like there won't be some serious legal obstruction to it is just silly.

BS.
The new SCOTUS will rule in President Trump's favor by at least a 5-4 vote.
And since it will be a national emergency, it will get to the SCOTUS in less than a month.
