The numbers don’t lie.

Calls like are rarely missed by 1 ref.

2 refs missing this call is statistically extremely unlikely without some type of collusion or decision made by the refs. It doesn’t even have to be a malicious decision but even a decision as a group to change the way they normally call a game is criminal.
