so hillary woulda fixed trade?
Please show me ONE trade deal that Trump has gotten passed.
He talked a lot about what a good negotiator he is, and we would be getting the best deals, I haven't seen ONE good deal he's made. As far as negotiating, I think the current shutdown is a good indicator that he's a TERRIBLE negotiator, his position is simply, "Give me what I want!" No negotiating, no deal making, just demands and bluster.

brought back manufacturing jobs?
Chart: US factory jobs as a share of US payrolls have been in steady decline for 75 years starting in 1943, and it’s not because of trade

fixed taxes and regs?
Really? You think taxes and regs are "fixed"? What are you, some Big Government lover?

I don't think that word means what you think it does.

Progressives cry for change, get Obama, no change....fast forward, a complete outsider is elected and Progs lose their minds.

The country wouldn't have been much different then it is now. Similar economy, foreign policy, etc.
Sure there would be some differences but close to the same.
However the hatred Trump has drawn out is gonna have major long term effects. Especially in 2020 when the Dems win the election.
Their need to "get even" is going to push the most liberal agenda in American history. We are going to move far left too fast and all because of Trump.
And there you have it, folks. One of our resident board “centrists”.

It’s time to fertilize the tree of liberty...soon!

Similar economy
Wrong, no tax cuts no real growth. Unemployment would still be around the Obama levels.

foreign policy
Wrong. We would not have North Korea where they are, would not be pulling out of Syria, would still be in the endless wars, only not hitting the enemy as hard.
Plus, the amount of gun control legislation passed would be scary. Add to that the USSC picks and you are just wrong across the board.

How exactly would we be better off with higher taxes, more regulation, more shitty foreign policy, and Hillary getting to fill at least 3 vacancies on SCOTUS?

foreign policy
Clinton is a hyper-interventionist whose foreign policy positions are in line with the neocon Never Trumpers. There isn't a war or intervention she's voted against or opposed. That alone is why she shouldn't be anywhere near the Oval Office.

So you're saying Dems are far more petty and vengeful than Republicans

The economy would have been trash under HRC. However, I do agree with these last 2 sentences and am cringing at the thought that someone like Bernie or other far left politicians will draw more support in the backlash against Trump

Well, one of those people would be too busy selling access to the White House to care about the well-being of the country, the other is now President.
