The unidentified DNA was from the underwear she was wearing, which just happened to be from a BRAND NEW pack that she just got for Christmas that same day. Its just odd that she would switch underwear during the day, and the parents didn't want them washed before wearing. The odd DNA was probably from the foreign person who packaged them up from shipment. And also the very reason they should be washed before wearing

It was a spineless DA that said, since her underwear had "touch" DNA on it, discovered 10 years after the fact, it had to be this mystery person who killed her.
Don't worry that absolutely no other fingerprints, etc were ever discovered.

Actually, a family member was an OB in Boulder at the time, and among the medical community it was well known that JonBenet had the physical signs of repeated sexual abuse.
