Yea I'm not sure why he was laughing? Ive worked in plants for 18 yrs and have had this information at my fingertips as an analyst. It's quite normal for their salary + car allowance and bonuses to top 275k.

Facebook and Google aren't paying HR managers that much, but I'm sure some plants in areas with terrible economies and low cost of living are.

You're a fricking retard. They have tons of HR managers managing various groups of employees all over the world.
I'm talking about ONE person managing a facility of 500+ employees and deals with complex labor union contracts and negotiations every few years. Huge difference. Just shush.
