Yes it is advised you combine Keto with IF for the best effects. In my opinion you should do a 72 hr water only fast to kickstart your body into ketosis. After that initial fast resume an 18 hour fast and 6 hour eating window daily. Eat a macronutrient profile of 75% fat, 20% protein, and 5% carbs but the biggest thing is you need to keep carbs <20g net carbs daily. If that is only 3% of your total calories then so be it. That is the only limit.

Keto in the most simple layman’s terms is your body switching from using glycogen as it’s primary fuel source to the abdundant amount of fat on your body.

This is not true to achieve ketosis
