We should just ban driving all together then since 2/3 of traffic fatalities are caused by drivers who have .00 BAC
.05 to .07 isn't impaired. Below .10 isn't even impaired IMO, but I'm not going to argue against the .08 threshold. But .05 is bullshite. I really hope you're trolling and not this dense.
