Well, Texas Judge is right. The Mandate is unconstitutional, but didn’t they argue at the Supreme Court that it wasn’t a mandate, but a tax?

Yes. The bill itself was a tax bill that included market manipulation.

No. They argued that the penalty for not getting it was not a fine, but was a tax. A far, far reach for John Roberts.
