People are jumping your arse about this and I'm kind of surprised about it, really.
Louisiana is one of, if not the worst in the nation in healthcare. And I'm not talkin about the patients. It's a pretty widely accepted truth. This is anecdotal but my wife has a shitload of clients and all the rich ones go out of state for health care. Mostly to Houston.
Look at the constant injuries and misdiagnoses that occur with the Saints and LSU.
In general, people here are just terrible at their jobs. That cultural trait doesn't just disappear once you get your doctorate.
There's only a few trades that Louisianians are above average or excellent in when compared to the rest of the United States. Politicking, lawyering, bartending, cooking, fishing and tour guiding.

I don't think anyone is jumping my arse. I can see it from both sides here. As a kid playing football you rely on the people who are supposed to take care of you and you trust them. When they frick it up, I can understand the frustration. But like others have said, no one forced him to play.
I was honestly just curious as to if this was something widespread throughout LSU, or just an isolated incident. I can't think of any other players insinuating anything like this.

This is so short sided and ignorant. LSU athletes get top notch medical care. LSU is actually doing study on a different type of ACL surgery they have been performing that helps athletes recover faster.
