Picture tutorial on how to post images using Imgur

Set up an account @ Imgur image hosting
After creating acct, click your name top right of page:
Select IMAGES:
click "images"
Click ADD IMAGES:
Click BROWSE, and locate the image from your computer and select it.
Your page will look like this after adding pix:
Click on the IMAGE you want to post on TD
On the right side of page, select the 2nd option (direct link), CLICK COPY button.
Click on SETTINGS, top right on TigerDroppings page.
Apply(right click=paste) the IMAGE LINK to the AVATAR line:
Open any older post(s) of yours and the image should be there.

You don't have to upload all images to IMGUR to post on TD.
When you see an image to post on TD, right click and "COPY IMAGE ADDRESS".
Click REPLY on any post to open options page.
Click the "img" button and paste into box that appears on top of page.
Hope this helps for the non-tech folks.
Feel free to ask any question if I may have missed a step.

Thanks, seemed like it would be simple enough, so I attempted on the Poli Board to post a pic for the 1st time. In turn, I copied link for the pic on my iPhone from Imgur & copied image link from “share” to the “img markup” box on TD & submitted. Did not submit a pic, so I simply added a link to avoid a blank post.
Am aware of the direction you provided, but still unsure why the link from Imgur did not work (left the “https” as the “img markup box” directs).

Use the "PASTE" option, not the "SHARE" option from the iphone to the TD avatar image line.

Holy shite if you can't post an image without a pictorial.
Also, it's not that easy for an AVI. YOu had to resize it to a certain image size.

it's 150 x 122, not sure what the requirements are these days but I think you're good

I think this is a bit outdated since they no longer use the mobile version.
It seems that everything must go through either their app or a pc.
