More a stream of consciousness thing going in, then the epiphany, after sleeping in the office and realizing you actually have the "Cole Tracy 3 Pt Offense".

Ensminger has the right vision: RPO, etc., requiring a DTQB. You cannot implement a set scheme without the personnel to match it. You have to adjust the Scheme to the Personnel.

ALA has had all new Coordinators for 3 yrs and it has not fazed them, so a Process and Culture is important...not just loading up your best players on DBU.

If Burrow had not been a RPO Dual-Threat QB the season would have been different. He was a key factor vs GA with 2 Rushing TDs added to Tracy's 5 FGS, and that TAMU game would not have turned to be so close and historic. He was the leading Rusher and scored 3 Rushing TDs and had 3 Passing TDs.

The OL problems have always been there, worse with Pro -Style QBs. SEC Smashmouth wears out the Big Guys and when their tank is empty they are done. Also, if you do not utilize Catapult-GPS to reduce the biggest cause of injury - over training - then the high injury rates of the past will continue.

Mett's career was limited because he was an immobile Pro-Style guy and the LSU Run-Blocking O-Line was bad at pass protection. Landry and Beckham said they just could not keep him upright. His last series vs ALA was 4 consecutive sacks with him crawling off the field with a blown ACL.
