I've seen lots and lots of these studies, and there is of course a lot of truth to the concept of class paring between races. Unfortunately, the cultural struggle, which is a zero-sum struggle, between the groups exists outside of economic classes.

There can be a degree of integration of outsiders in a social system, but it can't be anything like what we are experiencing now. The truth as I've come to accept it is that the races are very different, adapted to excel in different social systems. Given the choice, we gravitate towards people of our own kind for a reason.

Sure, but these struggles aren't immutable. The percentage of admixture will double by 2060, and I'd argue that most of that admixture will occur when different groups are together in the same economic class. That won't be a small group of people. That will be something like 40 million people.

While your last sentence is true, I'm a bit more positive about our integration efforts, for numerous reasons. Firstly, American culture is so pervasive that integration is easier now than ever before. Secondly, places like Minnesota has seen crime decline to levels not seen since before the Drug War, despite the fact that white people are decreasing as a percentage of the population. This could mean multiple things that we can delve into, but that is a pattern seen throughout the country, as the crime index has declined steadily from its highs in the 1990s all across the country. The key has to be economic growth and opportunity that is available to all groups, which I think America does better than pretty much every other country in the world.

I'm not suggesting that we should have open borders, but that the US is doing really well along multiple metrics. The major issues to fix are healthcare and the debt, but I see lots of positives going forward.
