??Beer Release?? Bearded Brothers Norwegian Farmhouse - 4.6%
Family is life! A special house beer brewed by the Brothers Jensen and inspired by their Minnesota roots. This farmhouse style ale was brewed with pilsner, rye, & wheat as well as beaucoup juniper berries. Bearded Bros was primary fermented with a Norwegian yeast strain that ferments at an abnormally high temperature (90+), produces citrusy esters, and creates a naturally turbid (hazy) body. After primary fermentation the bearded bros added brett claussenii (the low funk, high fruity, earthy Brett) and let age for several months to develop bearded bros character. The result is a bubbly easy drinking farmhouse style beer that’s dry, citrusy, juniper-y, earthy, with a cooling finish, & healthy amount of carbonation. This is a perfect beer for the Bearded Brothers post pond hockey skates, or sunny NOLA days with a chill in the air. On tap now y’heard.
