Her last name makes me think of pancreatitis, which is the worst pain I've ever felt. WSHI.

She's a good example of how symmetry is an underrated attribute.
Many here are complaining about her face. She's pretty, but not symmetrical.
Makes a big difference.

Her face is kinda plain. Not that i wouldn’t hit it but I’m not sure i would place her in my holy crap, she is fine list.

Man, some of you guys are blind. Her face is fine lol.
It just doesn't have much make up applied to it and the hair isn't done (and is slicked backwards).
It's why when you look at paparazzi pictures of celebs at the store or supermodels at the beach without makeup, they look more 'normal' like this:
You would think Irina Shayk is related to Shrek going by this picture when she clearly isn't lol.
Or Mischa Barton (a semi-similar face to OP's model) with her hair slicked back.
Otherwise, it also depends on makeup styles too. Looking at the model in OP's post, there are different approaches to her face that I'll demonstrate based on different photos:
You can do a light 'natural' looking make up (British, N. American styles favor this more often, especially for 'normal' swimsuit fashion and not sports illustrated swimsuit shoots)
British styles can also add a bit of 'poshness' to that natural look by highlighting the cheeks:
German, Dutch fashion would go for something that favors heavier make up and emphasis on eyeliners while highlighting the angles (cheekbones, jawline, eyebrow arches). This used to be done more in US during the 80s and 90s:
Slavic make up tends to be over the top in every aspect (and they like to airbrush a lot):
Like, her face may not be 10/10 but it's definitely not plain. Her face is one of those faces that needs certain make up styles over the other. A and C would be the best choices imo.

I came down with a bad case of Macreatis once. Some prescription ointment and a shot of penicillin did the trick.
