quote:
I was at my favorite bar recently, just a few blocks from my apartment, when the boy who raped me came over to say hello and give me a kiss on the cheek.
Oh my god so gross
quote:
It has been over a decade since I was raped, and the boy who did it is now a man. We haven’t lived in the same state since college. In all likelihood, he doesn’t think about me at all, while I have relived the moment he shoved himself inside me without my consent over and over for years, as though replaying it one more time will let me go back in time and stop this from happening to me.
quote:
I never felt compelled to share my story before, because it is so unremarkable, so common, because so many women have been through worse. I dated him afterward. Part of the encounter was consensual. We had both been drinking, him far more than me. I thought maybe he didn’t know what he was doing, and later didn’t remember (an idea the men in my life whom I’ve told, and whom I love and trust, have dismissed). And so I didn’t think there was anything to report. But watching Dr. Blasey’s story threaten to upend the confirmation of a Supreme Court nominee, with her staring down the most powerful men in the country with her pain, has made me rethink this.

It’s shite like this that makes women who’ve actually been raped less credible. I hate the world sometimes.

So wait a minute “part of it was consensual” and “I dated him afterwards” but now she is calling an ex out for rape? Wtf?

Rape is becoming a synonym for consensual sex.
Posted on 10/2/18 at 7:02 am to Dire Wolf
She didn’t orgasm enough so she’s claiming rape
Which is fricked up bc plenty of women get raped and now will seem less credible

Nothing like dating your alleged rapist after your alleged rape

Well I have most definitely regretted it in the morning several times when I wake up and see the wildebeast I brought home. Does that mean I have been raped?

There is a segment of our society that absolutely thinks that if I woman regrets having sex days, months, or even years later...even while the initial encounter was 100% consensual...it is in fact rape.

Her worst regret is in bold above. Not getting enough attention. But posting this will result in plenty of likes and comments.

How many bills?
And did she compare your cock to a German chocolate cake?

Americans have desensitized the meaning of rape

Not to minimize or marginalize the trauma women who have been sexually assaulted have to endure, but this shite is far too commons these days.
Girls get into consensual or "Partially" consensual relationships and make decisions that they end up regretting. Then spend years beating themselves up over their poor decisions to the point in some cases of shifting the blame to the person they were with to relieve themselves of the burden of having made a bad choice. So then years later it becomes "He raped me". That sounds better than "I was drunk and in the moment and made a stupid choice" because after all, women are always the victims right?
Unfortunately we are living in a time when women who do this "selective" remembering (and by no means am I suggesting that ALL women do this), but the one that do are celebrated and put on pedestals as "heroes".
It's truly sickening and I get why they do it but what I don't get is why no one is willing to call the ones out or for that mater prosecute the ones who are shown to be falsely accusing people.

Not defending her story here but dating the alleged offender after the incident is not that all uncommon.

So traumatized by the event that she dated him.

Many of these same people think if I say so I'm now a woman or a gender fluid dragonkin.
They also think there is a gender wage gap.
