The entire hallway is in tears. We are at a moment in history where women have to repeat their trauma to the masses to literally beg Senators to vote with moral clarity.
My current gf of 6 years had to sit through court and face the man who violently raped her and took her virginity, which also led to her getting HPV and cervical cancer. And the guy was wealthy and his scumbag lawyer got him off scot free.
So this bitch can kindly go frick herself. They’re doing nothing but hurting real rape victims who deal with their trauma every day

It’s eerily similar to the North Korean people being forced to grieve “appropriately “ when a leader died. If they didn’t, they were re-educated (or worse). If one of these people doesn’t protest loud or hysterical enough, they are ostracized (or worse).

I made an emergency appt with my therapist last week bc of this. My nightmares started up again. I can't call asleep now until 3-4 in morning.Then back up by 7am. And it starts over, the anxiety, headaches, nausea. I can't even be intimate with my awesome husband right now!
