Which speaks to the reliablity of an F150 lol.
I love my F250s, but they are quite a bit more expensive to maintain than the same vintage of Silverado, for example.
Point is, as someone else pointed out earlier, tuen ups aren't as simple as they used to be. On the flip side, you really are wasting your time in most cases if you tune a vehicle up more often than every 100K miles.
I have a 2007 Ford F250 with the V10 in it, my farm hand drives it every day now, it has around 350K miles on, it's had 3 sets of plugs in it and still runs great. Probably due for another set soon though.
30 years ago, it was almost unheard of for a vehicle to get that kinda mileage on it, now pretty common.
