I knock them over if they are parked in my way when i walk on the sidewalk around Atlanta. People just leave them wherever they want with no regard to pedestrians. They are terrible. People ride them through the park even though motorized vehicles are prohibited. And the companies market them as a last mile solution but most people are just joy riding for entertainment. Also around here there are some questionable characters that seem to use them for drug running in downtown and committing crimes. Ive witnessed a lot of sketch activity in the seedier areas of downtown atlanta.

You sound like Ned Flanders with a touch of rage added in there.

In DC I see people in suits riding them all the time to get to work.

Constantly see 20 something women wearing heels and dude bros wearing headphones whizzing around uptown at 15 mph on the sidewalks and roads.

For whatever reason, I think I've only ever seen two women riding scooters. 99% of the riders here are men in the 20s-30s. I'm sure teens ride them, but I don't see them on my way to/from work.

Someone in my building recently started charging them overnight because we now usually 3-4 parked outside every morning, neatly lined up on an out of the way portion of the sidewalk.
