Ihub boards tend to be all over the map - some actually do amazing DD - others just cheerlead. Outside you who at least argues with some level of support - the rest just cheer

I’ve said many times before that you have to sort through 50 posts there to find one good one, but there has been a lot of good due dilligence done on that board. Guys have researched all of the licensing stuff, had contacts in the permit offices, etc. Lots of sunshine pumpers and bashers alike, but there are 2 or 3 guys there that have posted solid information.
