Then you will either have to learn to live with it or move on, no one is writing a dog a trespassing ticket and the owners are very well aware of what they are doing.
An dog is no different than an armadillo in the yard or a rat in your barn at the end of the day, leave them alone or lay them out, whichever pleases you more.
