Yeah, easily fine with a small pat on the butt. I've had my arse slapped dozens of times when out at a bar, club, drinking, hanging out, etc. Maybe 100 times in my life? Maybe more. Blonde was a bit inappropriate but fat arse was a violent raving lunatic that should not be allowed in public. Fat arse could have pointed out the girl to the bouncer to kick out (still ridiculous) or just turned and yelled at the girl, do not touch me again or you will be thrown out (still a bit much for a tiny pat on the butt, but not out of line).

I remember going into one of those generic mango dacquiri zydeco places on Bourbon street one night during mardi gras when I was in college. I felt someone grab my arse and turned around to see a huge 6'6+ black guy just standing there against alone with his back against the wall with a serious look on his face.
