I think this is great and I'm not saying the arrests aren't legit however I was surprised to learn that there are situations where you can be charged with "Human trafficking" that you wouldn't think would qualify.
Persuading someone to have sex can be considered "human trafficking" in certain situations. An attorney in Alabama was charged with this for trading sex for rent at some of his mobile home parks.
It's not always people being taken and sold into slavery is all I'm saying.

I wonder how much of this is due to increased border security. It was easier for illegals to walk across the border under Obama, now they have to hire coyotes. Plus with the increased security we're catching more of them now.
All the info is in the spreadsheet linked the OP. It's going to take some work characterize each arrest to answer your question.

Guliani worked from the bottom up to get his landmark case against the Mob in the 80's built. In the end, the kingpins got theirs too.
Excellent point. I'm sure LOE is working this strategy.

I would have thought prostitution in this case.

Fair point.

That seems like the more reasonable charge to me as well.

And little coverage by the MSM.
Except when the Catholic priests are involved......, then they're like rabid dogs covering the story. Just for the record, I'm all for the Catholic priests getting all the justice/punishment the law provides.

So when you add in a whole bunch of other things that aren't human trafficking only (the numbers used for Obama), your total will increase 3X?
No way!
No way!

It's just a dumb thing to compare when one person is only given one set of criteria, and the other is given multiple, just to have some sort of gotcha. Why can't it just be a good fricking thing that it's being done?

The desperate attempt around here to knight for their God Emperor has already gotten old.
