This is the same if situation for every fricking team in the country.

No shite. There isn’t a team in the country that, if they get down to third string QB,would have a chance in Hell. 2014 Ohio State notwithstanding.

Yep and we are seeing the dawn of a new age at college qb. There’s gonna be more and more available qbs looking for new schools every season.

Is it common place for teams to have 3 or 4 potential starters stick around just wait their turn? If we have 2 viable QB's, it's selfish to expect anything else. Any team that loses 2 QB's is screwed regardless.

OMG! O wants to play the best QB and other QB's on the roster don't like that concept. Hey transfer to Alabama since NS always just plays next man up and not the best player on the roster.....Oh wait. Jalen Hurtz might be transferring out when he isn't named starting QB.

Our season is on the brink? We haven't even snapped the ball yet. How over dramatic. It's an important season for a lot of reasons...coaching job, AD job, determines whether the program is heading upward or downward. But it is not a season on the brink. Season on the brink would be Auburn game in Miles last year.

Not really. Now teams like Ohio St and Auburn are in a bind if their QB gets injured because either the backup is not ready, bad, or he's not even relevant enough to talk about. Then you have teams like UGA who could look at their backup in Justin and say, we'll be alright. If Hurts doesn't transfer, Bama has him in their back pocket.

When you only have two QBs and one gets injured, you better hope and pray the backup is at least mediocre, because it he isn't, it's lose city. You can't even try a 3rd QB to see if he's good enough. I really don't think Brennan is ready this year and if we have to go to him, you can expect a 2008 Jarrett Lee type of season. Oh, and hope he doesn't get broken in half.
