I’m sorry. My BF and I were both in marriages with people who had low sex drives/sexual dysfunction. Neither were willing to do much about it. It reaches a point where it’s too late. I don’t ever want to be with someone who is having sex to appease me. Feeling unwanted by your spouse is not fun.
While those weren’t the only reasons we ended up divorced, it was a major factor. We can’t expect to have happy relationships if we don’t prioritize each other’s needs.

1. You're fat. You've gotten out of shape and isn't attracted to you anymore.
2. You're selfish. You never let her finish and sex is only about you.
3. You're a bad husband/father. You're lazy, expect her to do everything around the house while you're drinking beer, watching TV, and posting on TD.
Show her this post and let her pick which one. Then fix it. Or, just proactively try not to be a terrible spouse in the first place.

Sex "On Demand" only exists on the internet because the internet has no emotions. Women are emotion based creatures. Their desire for sex is a much more complex formula than a man's sexual desire. We are mostly visual. You're wife is there looking good and you're triggered. Not that way with women. Be patient and look for emotional triggers that may be standing in the way of her enjoying or desiring sex. Maybe something physical, like hormones, or something like problems with the finances or kids. Look after her emotional well being and she will be more likely to look after your sexual well being, as well as her own.
I'm not a professional counselor, but I have navigated my way through 40 years of marriage to the same woman.
