Northshore. Was 81 degrees with 91% humidity. Heat index of 89 for a run 2 minutes after I roll out of bed is killer

i've been on the struggle bus with waking up and getting running (i just crossed 300 miles for the year
) but i did go this morning and it was 68 degrees in the middle of june. was actually a really nice morning.
