Didnt he understand the resources and land he was giving up? Also, Spain , UK, and France helped create a superpower that would rival them one day. Why didnt the Europeans attack the US ?

Probably because he had closer wars to fight than a trade/logistics war with the US.

Jefferson was just that good.

He wanted to offload NBR and the lower 9th ahead of time

There's a big ocean in between them.

Because "The University of France (at Lafayette)" didn't quite sound right

His friends tried to stop him but he uttered the famous words

Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.

He didn’t want to build the BR loop.

Those fellas were as crafty and politically cunning as a man can be. Masters of the ink pen and the sword.

Because he was trying to finance a war, and those resources weren't any good to him on the other side of the ocean. The world was a lot bigger back then.

Pretty sure he got rid of it because he knew that the OT would come to loathe LA and all it stands for and he didn’t want the negative one star reviews. Napoleon was a forward thinker.

He just had to use that new Capital One app.

He needed to fund his war in Haiti and his war against England. Plan was to come back and reconquer Louisiana later.
