This is correct. At first I thought his back wheel was on the ground immediately before he turns the bike in full view of camera. But I don’t think the rear wheel was touching the ground. He put his chain back on, spun the cranks, and had his bike off the ground.

I’m trying to figure out how electric shifting and suspension isn’t powering the bikes somewhat.

Yea that's what happened... That first shot looked crazy but I dont think that wheel was on the ground coming out of the ditch. Just looked like it because of the tall grass. He spun the cranks when the cameraman in green walked across the view
