Look I think the punishment is ridiculous and draconian but let's not pretend that Fulton is innocent here.
He did the crime and imo he's done enough crime. One year suspension is more than sufficient

I think this is where a vast majority of folks are including Kristian and Mudbone. No one thinks he shouldn't be punished. It's the disparity of the punishment handed down that is at odds. The NFL and MLB do not differentiate between cheating and a positive test. They are penalized the same and are a fraction of what the NCAA does. Part of the problem is the student athlete does not have a representative agency like professional athletes do with NFLPA and the MLBPA. There is no oversight or counter-balance to the NCAA. They operate without impunity.
