They're not really breaking any laws. It's just a blatant waste of money that never should have been put in their hands in the first place. Don't worry, though. They can't help themselves and they'll get caught eventually.

I thought that issues of using taxpayer funds for political rallies came up. And IIRC there was a matter of dates being changed on checks or some similar type of fraud.
