No one ever did anything great by being comfortable.
There's a reason why Les was the Mad Hatter at one point. You have to take risks in coaching. Orgeron's the opposite of that. He wants to risk nothing but thinks he can accomplish greatness this way. They're really opposing concepts, comfort and greatness.
Comfort will ensure that everything stays exactly as it is. Comfort stifles creativity.

Because he hired assistant coaches he didn't like, trust and was not conformable with?
Please tell more on this oddity from the real world of success that only you are aware of. I guess when a corporate CEO can't trust and doesn't even like the people under him is when he is the most successful? Ha Ha ha ha ha aha ha !!!1
