Doc visit earlier this week...
-38 years old 5'10" 220lbs
-Non smoker
-limited drinker (maybe 2-4 drinks a week, some weeks none)
-don't eat terrible but don't monitor everything i eat either
-in the gym at least 5 days a week sometimes 6 do mainly full body intervals with a muscle group concentration each day.
Doc called me and I have to go back in Tuesday for an ultrasound on my liver because my ALT is elevated at 85 (normal is below 75 they said)
also i am having to take my BP twice a day on both arms to verify where i am...my BP is very high and he thinks i may have white coat syndrome, but it has been high at home too.
question is are there any one a day supplements i can take for Liver and lowering BP?

not fat and not cut in between..
36 waist
46 jacket size
IDK...just the way God made me so i deal with it.
Edited to say that I would probably be in real bad way if i din't go to the gym like i do.

Man, I'm 6'4" with a big build and at 220# I've got a visible gut. Might want to start there, but I'm no expert.

Milk thistle can help liver and hawthorne berry for blood pressure.
Neither is a magic bullet, and I'd cut drinking before worrying about supplements if you're concerned about your liver. Dietary factors are bigger for both.

I'm 5'11 and 233. Still can see some abs. Some people are just larger naturally.

I'm not saying it's not possible, but I know you are a pretty serious lifter. OP said he does circuit type workouts, that's why I asked.

what's your OTC pain med usage look like? They can run up your ALT level, esp Tylenol.

Look into ubiquinol, helps me a ton bp wise...some people also swear by carditone. Do any low intensity cardio? That helps bp as well....

I'll say this on BP too. I played D1 sports, then went to law school and got sedentary and gained weight and got BP issues.
Dropping 20-30 pounds did more to resolve my BP issues than any medicine or supplement could have. I don't know where your weight is compared to where you might want it to be, but that was a huge factor for me.

What’s your fluid intake like?

You need to be screened for non-alcoholic fatty liver. If you have fatty liver, I'd cut carbs. Vitamin E has been clinically shown to help liver enzymes, buy isn't a cure all. Take 400 IU daily minimum. I reversed elevated liver enzymes and fatty liver by losing weight- enzymes came down within 3 months.

Tuduca is the only over the counter supplement that is proven to restore liver function. But one high test does not mean you have a problem. Need more test over time to determine that.
Btw and please take no offense to this, but you are pretty close to obese at that weight based on your description of how you work out. You should start with diet.

NAC and TUDCA for liver can drastically shell bring your liver markers Down LINK
Start on Hawthorn Berry supplement double dose unless BP goes too low. Order Hibiscus tea, make a pitcher and drink a pitcher everyday ( can replace water). If you have a juicer, celery juice is very effective at lowering BP.
These things need to be done everyday and are really better for keeping your BP steady. I do the above and take RX Losinopril daily.
