yeah I searched this mysterious database which seems reputable. it has no idea who art rodriguez is. he'll searching stock market yields 13 articles none of which are this one or even similar.

Well to be fair, I do have a teacher account on gale so I might have access to certain articles that you don’t. Only reason I could imagine why you couldn’t find it.

Putting aside whether Mr. Rodriguez even exists, why would it be best not to invest in non taxable Roth account, but to put the money into stocks, if there is an impending market crash?
