The one time I went (for dinner) I thought the appetizers and sides were all really good, but the BBQ was seriously lacking. Dry, overcooked, bland, and the sauces were too thin.

My wife got a gift card, so we've been talking about going for lunch or brunch instead of dinner and trying things other than the BBQ, but your post doesn't make me too optimistic.

Still, not going to let the gift card go to waste, so I'll give the place at least one more try.

I know just the Chef that can fix that problem. He is probably searching for a new gig so the match would be great. The only problem is that it's ChefRob's way or the highway.
