Hasn’t happened in over 150 years, possibly thread worthy
Just took a peek outside, didn’t see shite. Glad i’m here to witness history.

Americans will be treated to a rare total lunar eclipse this morning - the first of its kind to be visible in the USA since 1866.
The celestial event combines three separate lunar phenomena: A supermoon, a blue moon and a blood moon.
Dubbed the ‘lunar trifecta’ by NASA, the spectacle will see a blue moon - the second full moon in a calendar month - whizz past the earth thousands of miles closer than normal.
Just took a peek outside, didn’t see shite. Glad i’m here to witness history.

WAFB got the time wrong again as usual. They said 5:30 we could see it

Showing 615am central time it will be blood red and in totality. But I don’t think it’s going to be at time unless it speeds up. It’s not even a quartered covered yet here in Arkansas.

Just looked. It’s about 1/4 eclipse but there’s no red.

Totality begins at 6:52 CST and sunrise is a couple of minutes later. I don't think you're going to see much, if any, red in LA. Maybe up in the Shreveport area.

More than 1/2 way covered. Still doesn't look red. I'm in south Arlington, TX.

I’m glad I checked this thread. I was debating whether it was worth getting dressed to go outside & look. Nope. Staying warm inside.
