IT'S FREEZING IN NEW ORLEANS SO WE ARE RELEASING A PINA COLADA INSPIRED DOUBLE IPA. Our buddies from Great Notion in Portland, OR drove down in late December to brew this with us. We're stoked with the results. This double dry hopped Double IPA is stuffed with Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy, Cashmere, and Denali hops - then we added an awful lot of fresh pineapple puree, and finished it off with mounds of shredded coconut. Come in, close your eyes, and let the smooth coconut aroma and tropical pineapple flavor take you away to a warmer place...
Bad news: We are out of growlers until late Jan, so bring your own for fills (that should stop some of you from trading. My bad... lol). We definitely recommend keeping your growlers COLD, as the additional sugars from the unfermented fruit WILL LIKELY EXPLODE YOUR GROWLERS if you let them get warm, so don't do that. If you ship these across the country, it's your own damn fault if they explode, cuz you've been warned, suckas.
