No it's not. It isn't illegal for her to say what she said. She can say it all day long, but any organization she is associated with has a right to dismiss her.
You can make a video saying whatever you want and post it on social media. Unless you are making threats to people, you will not be in trouble with the law, but if the company you work for feels, what you said in the video, does not represent it's views, then they can fire you. That doesn't mean free speech is dead.
