Jarrett Lee ruined Les with all those pick 6's. In my opinion.

I think we are still recruiting on the laurels of YA Tittle.

Apparently that’s the only missing piece for a national championship every year

Missing more pieces than that starting with the HBC.

I would tell Tony that it's not some grave accident that all of the good quarterbacks didn't want to come here.

People want to act like these 17 year old quarterbacks that are High Caliber can't access coaching situations at the various schools

Those kids are high caliber for a reason. They fricking know football.

Most kids if not all who are really high caliber with professional aspirations want to be coached by somebody who's proven he's worth a shite in relation to their position

Who's going to coach him? Ensminger? He's coached one QB worth a shite in his entire career. He hasn't coached QBs since 2003. We don't have a QB coach, what kind of BS is that?

He coached Jason Campbell for one year, and he regressed in cmp%, TDs, ints, ypa, rushing yards, ypc and TDs.

Matt Flynn, finished the season with 2,407 passing yards, 21 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. In addition, he rushed for 215 yards and 4 touchdowns.[

Etlings numbers stacked of pretty well to this Championship QB at LSU.

So nope, that's not all LSU needed this last year.

Dee Anderson, Sullivan, D Davis, Giles, J Jefferson, M Netherly, McMath, and add T Marshall, J Jenkins, K Jones and probably Chase too.

Sullivan/Anderson/Davis - All 6'5-6'6 unreal, we dont throw slants over the middle and jump balls in the corner endzone to those big hauses..

Hell, Marshall is 6'4 throw him in there.... Giles to the slot, Chase too..

Like any coach with sense, Miles just wouldn't let shitty QBs throw.

2016 and 2017 = 300att
2014, 2015 and 2011 are the only Miles seasons with less attempts. (@25att)

If u totally suck, then u are our QB! LSU has not had a QB since Matt Flynn! I don't blame a good trowing QB to even consider LSU! Toss drive over left tackle,LSU total offense scheme!

Read some football books baw.
You don't have a clue what you're even talking about. It's dive you refer to, and LSU ran lead power 95% of the tosses. Straight dives were pretty rare.
Also the run game gets worse the further removed from Miles we get.

No way is this true. Anything this inflammatory needs to be accompanied by a link. If one does not exist, you need to be banned for making it up.

That's a rotten thing to do to a kid with talent. We're a QB Disposal.

on target !
...Miles would not allow the QB to grow....
he came from the old school that thought "if you pass, only three things can happen, and two are bad"

remember Lee at Bama?, the int did him in for the rest of the season and LSU was undefeated up to that point

Lmao Yes, just a ridiculous wealth of talent at the WR position that gives me a damn hard on they are so loaded. Lol I mean if you waste that kind of talent, I mean I don't know what to say except that it would be just crazy to do. Just as you said they should throw a lot of fade patterns, corner fades when in the red zone, hell, a lot of over the middle stuff I mean because these are big, huge arse physical receivers that you are talking about that I mean no damn skinny arse college DB can match up with. You saw what Notre Dame's WR did to light in the arse Donte Jackson, and LSU has 3 to 4 WR's bigger than that ND WR. And all of them can run after the catch, I think all of the WR's, the ones already there, and the ones getting ready to come there are well over 6 feet except for Giles. That's 11 WR's, count them 11 that can flat out ball, Giles averaged almost 20 yards a catch at TTech. Now, I want to see what Ensminger of all people, will do with all this great talent at the WR position. If they waste this kind of talent it will be a great crime imo. No other college in America can say they have this kind of talent stockpiled at WR position right now, I can see some of these guys transferring if they aren't happy with the offense.
