Is anyone concerned with this. Claims he really like FSU and now that Jimbo is in CS it may pull him.

I can see a highly ranked wide receiver not going to LSU, but I can't see a highly ranked wide receiver not going to LSU in favor of A&M (especially thanks to a certain cautionary tale). Speedy *cough* Noil *cough*
The offensive style may have the perception of not being quite as sexy but the fact remains that neither Jimbo nor A&M have put WRs in the league with anywhere near the consistency of LSU.

Lol. Of course he's trying to recruit the kid. I'm more worried bc some poster said he talked to Marshall's family at 31 Flavors in college station and the family was looking at houses there. Sounds legit

Like I have said I will be happy but surprised if he picks LSU. The vibes I get are A&M but people don't want to hear that.

I think it's cause for some concern, because Shea said the only reason FSU was out of the picture was the distance involved. Now that Fisher and staff are at A&M....distance not so great.
I'm still cautiously optimistic from what Shea said. He still thinks LSU is leading for Marshall. Fingers crossed.

It's a dead period but all that means is that there can be no face to face contact. Phone calls, text messages, twitter, e-mail, etc. are all permissible.

FWIW, it seems if he were to sign today there is still lots of confidence it would be LSU. The worry comes that A&M is closing the door, and perhaps doing it very quickly.
