?? I’m dying laughing! We were picked to finish dead last in the SEC. Do I think we do? Not at all. But let’s not start making March plans just yet. Houston would be a solid win. Geaux Tigers

A neutral court win against Michigan and a home win against Houston and two "quality losses" actually put us in good postseason shape heading into conference play. It sounds silly, but we have lost chances before this early in the season by playing terrible teams.

discussing the possibility of LSU potentially playing their way to being a bubble team is not "making March plans"

screw us for being excited about the program right?

Fans need to turn out these next 2 games.
Houston with Coach Sampson is good and so is SFA.
Not your typical non conference roll overs.
LSU could easily lose these 2 games if not playing on all cylinders.

This was the only basketball game ii made it to last year and it was one of if not the most impressive wins of our horrible season. Houston was 5-1 at the time and ended up 21-11 and an NIT 2 seed. We beat them by 19. Blakeney couldn’t miss. Got hammered at Ivars after talking all night about how we’re a tourney team. Boy was ii wrong

RPI is still a little faulty to go by this early on. Once conference play gets rolling though it will start to shape up. Thankfully, the SEC will have most teams within the top 100, and a few in the top 50, so our RPI will get a solid boost regardless.

What's with the big ten already playing conference games?

I fricking hate all the realignment so much. Was reminiscing yesterday about how awesome big Monday and the old big east tournament was.

Gerry McNamara going HAM in 2006. If he doesn't get hurt they probably beat TAMU and that would have been a very tough 2nd round matchup for a Brady team.

For some reason you just made me flashback to 2007 @ Nova whenever we were up by like 21 with 8 mins left and then we proceeded to bend over and take it in the arse from Malcom Grant and Scottie Reynolds. frick that game had me triggered. I wanted Brady gone after that.

They are playing their conference tournament a week early for some reason so their season ends early.

I'm honestly surprised they gave us only 2.5 points. I see something like an 87-75 Houston W, but hopefully we come to play.
