Someone always makes the classic shitty green been casserole at my wife's family's Thanksgiving. The one where every ingredient is canned and the only thing edible are the fried onion strings on top.

My aunt used to make an oyster dressing that tasted like old refrigerator air. Come to think of it, anything that aunt made tasted like her refrigerator. Hated it.
