6th or 7th round

He's a good receiver, pass blocker, and quick enough. I think he has all the skills to make it in the NFL.

Has not gone up AT ALL this year. He's the same back he was last year. The difference in his production is that he's behind Guice instead of Guice and Fournette.
Next year you'll be saying Brosette's draft stock went up.

He lost 15lbs this offseason. If you can't see the difference you honestly lose any little bit of credibility that you even had

I think he can make a squad, but he will have to be a great special teams contributor also. He needs to be who he is as a RB, but be a maniac on special teams and he can play 5-6 years in the league

He might be able to be an Alfred Blue type of guy. A solid back up...and a contributor that can step in and take over and do well if a RB gets injured.
If he lands in the right spot he can stick around for a while, make a good chunk of change and not put a total beating on his body.

Don't think he will be drafted. He definitely helped his case with the weight loss though. I could see him sneaking onto a team's practice squad like GB for example.

He'll go 6-7th. Sort of a Duke Johnson-esque back.

I don't know where / if he will be drafted. But, I admire his chest for signing with the Tigers in the same class as Leonard Fournette.

Kid has been a great tiger on and off the field, but yuou guys need to take off the P&G glasses. He is not close to Ware or Ridley. He will run a 4.7 and be an UDFA.

This board is so fricking clueless when it comes to the draft stock of LSU players. Williams will be a 3rd or 4th round pick.

Ware wasn't a 4.4 to 4.5 guy was he? Ya don't have to have blazing speed. Good visibility, physicality, hands, protection. He has all those attributes. Mid to late 4th is my guess.

5th round. There’s definitely a place for him in the nfl

He can run decent enough routes and can catch. DW trucks the line of scrimmage, too. He'll find a home somewhere in that sorry League.

He has soft hands which is what a lot of running backs in the NFL lack. I think he has the potential to be a 3rd down back sprinkled in with some early down situations.
Posted on 11/8/17 at 8:27 pm to Popo2000
If he can increase his speed, he could be a 3-4 round pick!!
Posted on 11/8/17 at 8:40 pm to Popo2000
He's not fast enough to be a regular 3rd down back in the NFL, but I do think he has a chance to be drafted if he runs better than 4.7.

With the shape he got himself into for this season and his solid play, i think he worked his way into getting potentiallly drafted by someone late rounds. Especially considering the way the nfl is moving to running back by commitee... outside the few teams who have legit stud work horses

Man, 3rd round rb's frequently start in the NFL. They surely don't get cut. Do you really think he's going to start or even be a primary back up RB in the NFL? 3rd round picks don't play solely special teams. He can't return kicks or punts in the NFL. If he gets a combine invite, do you think he can break 4.6? Or even 4.7? Alvin Kamara ran a 4.56 at the combine. Does Darrel Williams have any where near the speed of Kamara? DW is not close to being a 3rd or 4th round pick.
