I’ve been the biggest O critic but after watching that game it’s hard for me not to feel different about the direction of our program. We went in as a 3 TD dog and everyone thought we were going to get ran out of the building. We ran the ball well, played great defense, outgained them, had a higher 3rd down % and dominated the TOP. Hell just the Darrell Williams TD should give you hope when Ed Ingram drives his guy 5 yds deep into the end zone. If Danny make 2 of those 3 big open throws then we win that game. If Kirklin doesn’t get the bad block in the back then we might win that game, of Battle goes a little wide on the blitz we might win that game. For the past few years Bama has dominated us at the point of attack. LSU won the trenches and we’re legitamely a couple of plays away from that win.I’ve been the biggest O critic but after watching that game it’s hard for me not to feel different about the direction of our program. Totally agree ...
only if the dropped passes are caught we could have won the game.
