Mainly talking about television gunfights not in a military combat setting. My 3 favorites in no particular order:
-Llewelyn and Chigurh after he tracks the money.
-Heat bank robbery scene. Thought this scene had realistic weapons handling especially for a 90's movie.
-True Detective Season 2 meth lab massacre. Not a great season but this scene was intense. Perfect example of how badly things can spiral out of control.
Thoughts?

favorite part of this was no music, just echoing gunfire

Actually a good point. Val Kilmer must have fired about 15 magazines into those cops hiding behind the car.

Heat is #1 all time IMO
The Town - Shootout at Fenway
Hell or High Water - The climax shootout on the road / mountains
Tombstone - OK Corral
3:10 to Yuma Remake has multiple great ones

Still haven't seen 3:10 to Yuma yet. Tombstone OK Corral was definitely a classic.

Appaloosa, the most realistic one I've seen.
"That was quick"
"Everybody could shoot"
Nice comment by Ed Harris who also directed.

Was coming to add this, since I figured Heat would be mentioned in the OP.
Heat is the GOAT. If you've never watched that scene in surround sound, do so immediately.

I'm going to go with Tombstone, but not the OK Corral.
The fight in the river when Wyatt killed Curly Bill.

Crazy thing about that is that, of all the things written and said about the Earps (legends get bigger over time, right?), this was based on a contemporary eyewitness account.
Russell and company were sticklers about trying to get as many details as possible from the consensus - historically the film is harmed by revelations after the film that the Josephine stuff was basically made up (or at least highly improbable) by her biographer.
But, the Tombstone stuff itself is fairly accurate from a basic facts standpoint. They play fast and loose with some timeline stuff (and things like Harry Carey, Jr. at 70+ playing a town marshal who was in his 30s), but "who did what to whom and who said what when" is based heavily on contemporaneous and either unbiased or at least consensus sources (I just happened to watch Tombstone yesterday).

final shootout in true romance was pretty awesome just from the standpoint that just about everyone died

Few people with the matrix lobby scene as there favorite confuses me. I love the movie but always fast forward that scene because 1000's of rounds are being fired with very few hits in an enclosed room.
I get that it's a movie and science fiction but still.
He heat bank robbery and the true detective scene showcase a lot of automatic firing but people are getting greased in those scenes. I really like the more realistic approach to it.
