For me it was the 1979 Legend Valley Rock & Roll Jam.
Roadmaster
The Cars
Cheap Trick
Eddie Money
and the headliner was
Todd Rundgren and Utopia
It was an all day jam and it was also the first time my mind was altered. I have fantastic memories of that day.

KISS, reunion tour 1997 in Nashville. A band called Powerman 5000 opened, and walked off the stage after like 3 songs because of the booing.

Triumph, Allied Forces tour 1982, Bayfront Theatre in St. Pete. Saxon and Stranger opened. Visually, Triumph set the bar pretty high for a first concert.
Had a few false starts before Triumph (almost saw Kiss in '77 & '79, REO Speedwagon in either '80 or '81, and Van Halen in '80). In almost all instances, I ended up getting grounded, so I had to give the tickets away, lol...

Metallica, Soundgarden, Rage Against the Machine, Waylon Jennings, Ramones, Rancid, etc.
Rage was 3rd to last before Metallica and Soundgarden, but they blew me away. By far the best performance there that day. Was a fan ever since
