I was just telling my wife that I'd like to go somewhere I could enjoy a chocolate fountain contaminated by dozens of strangers snotty hands. Now what do I do?

I typically stay away from buffets. I once saw a lady at Jason's Deli use her hands to get lettuce from the salad bar and that just about did it for me.
