You were trying to avoid hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards, earthquakes, and wild fires.
Obviously, some of these things are possible anywhere. But if you had to choose the state that minimized your risk of all of them, what would it be?

Arizona, maybe? Seems like a neurotic way to live life, deciding location around avoiding all natural disasters.

Arizona, Virginia, or Maryland

UP of Michigan. You'd have blizzards but be safe from the rest of it.

Right where I am , Northwest Arkansas.
I'm in the edge of tornado valley, but the far edge, we don't suffer the devastating tornadoes that areas around us get. Just a few random small ones here and there. No real flooding to speak of, and only the occasional small earth tremors. As for blizzars, a 6" snow is incredibly rare for us. I actually wish we had more snow in the winter.

But you have to deal with Arkansans. So isn't it a toss up?

...for like 9 months a year. You have to be hardcore to live up there.

What's to deal with? I Mean yah Arkansas sucks, don't anyone ever move here. BOO the Ozark Mountains.
Seriously though, I've lived all over the world, been stationed on 5 of the 7 continents, and been to one of those. There are places as pretty as NW Arkansas, and people as friendly as people here, but there is nowhere better than here IMO.

Idaho.
Due to its geography I'm sure it has had its share of blizzards. I can't seem to recall ever hearing about one on the news that left power out for months or killed a bunch of people though.
Ditto for wild fires.

Probably one that had avalanches and mudslides

Ding. This and New Mexico. rural Nevada is likely a pretty safe area as well but you're getting close to California there. I would hit up Arizona.
Added benefit that when North Korea and Iran tag team together and nuke us and when Russia invades, Arizona will not be on anyone's first strike list.

Arizona IS a natural disaster!
I'd definitely pick blizzard over anything else. All the other disasters destroy your shite. The blizzard just makes you housebound. At least with a blizzard, if you have a full pantry, whole house generators, and some heat tracing to make sure your roof doesn't get overloaded with snow, the blizzard is just an excuse to stay inside for a few days and cuddle skin-to-skin with your woman. You know, to conserve body heat.
