Is the Big Wheel rigged on The Price is Right?

My wife believes it is rigged.
They are celebrating Drew Carey's 10th anniversary of hosting the show, so if you spun $1.00 on the wheel, you win $10,000 instead of $1000.
All three people spun $1.00 on the second half of the show. Two of those three spun $1.00 in bonus spin, each winning $25,000 more, a total is $80,000 given away just on those three contestants.
Is it rigged?

I think it is.
Just like the Wheel of Fortune wheel, you don't see the other side of it.

The thing about the wheel on Wheel of Fortune, the wheel isn't balanced. Some spots are thin and flat, some are 2" thick.

To be fair, they could edit that out.

Yeah when that happens Pat will just spin the wheel again.
But on The Price is Right, anytime I see someone go up there with a story or some goofy trinket they always pop that $1.

The WoF wheel I have felt for a long time was rigged. Back in the late 80s/early 90s, during the show's opening "credits" it opened with an overhead shot of the wheel spinning by itself and no one near it. Either it was motorized or there is a braking system that they would turn off so it would spin continuously at a constant speed.

Plus the third guy was two spots away from a dollar on his bonus spin.
